[BUGS] [patch14b] [Ultrapain 1.1.0] some bugs i found

[EdaKris]

PLAYER MECHANICS:

• Orbital Ricoshots do not apply their effects and style bonuses on enemies
• the player doesn't get pulled into a whiplashed frozen rocket
• Player Rockets and Core Grenades aren't able to be projectile boosted
• Screwdriver Railcannon doesn't get its Ultrapain balance changes.

ENEMIES:

• Strays only fire one fireball instead of two.
• Drones don't fire anything even if they're charging up their attacks.
• Mindflayers cannot shoot orbs
• Swordsmachine behaves like vanilla.
• Sentries don't go for the second shot.

CERBERUS and HIDEOUS MASS

• immune to all damage
• can't pull yourself to it
• shotguns don't fire their bullets if you're at point-blank range.
• hitting a Cerb with the Knuckleblaster activates multiple regular hitstops.
• Hitscans do not work right at all.
• stuck on vanilla balance.
