Feature

Rocket Launcher Parry, like the shotgun point blank parry when shooting a parryable melee attack at point blank.

Usage

The explosion from the rocket could deal AOE damage with an increased blast radius.

Test release created at https://github.com/eternalUnion/UltraPain/releases/tag/fr5-1.0.1-0. Testing and balancing required before full release. (Especially balancing because this mechanic is too overpowered under the current configuration)
