This is everything compiled together.

Not sure when we want to merge it.

Not sure how you got 253 commits that need merging, but sure why not?

Okay now it's all in master and folks can tell me whether it's broken.

My general practice these days is that once people tell me all the stuff they've added isn't broken, and that they don't have more to add/fix for this version, I'll try it out myself and make sure the basic stuff still runs fine before pushing it over to live.

And please tell me someone other than me has compiled a changelog :P

The changelog has been changed, it looks like, though it says 4.001 atm. The only thing it's missing is the new "silence" option, which prevents notifs from being drawn.

My gh-pages is up to date, so http://pickten.github.io/Sandcastle-Builder/ works if anyone needs a link. (Edit: I found some stuff not working and am testing fixes) Just started going through it, so I don't know if anything's broken, but I got the "there's a new version" notif on page load, which shouldn't have happened (my computer's localstorage for my pages site has been cleared since I last visited it)
