New early game logicat boost #1443

What does it do: Whenever a wild logicat is spawned, turn it into a normal logicat and give a panther poke.

Why: Early game it doesn't really explain what panther poke is until you get zookeeper running, and late game having single logicats spawning is useless as you have many trillions more.

Unlocked on: Logic 100 reward when caged logicat owned.

Potential problem: It replaces them with a kitty with one more button. If they don't have the longpix-boosts then they get a sneak peak at kitty chains.

All tested to be working.

I hope this was the correct way to propose a boost.

Just had a play around with it and I'm not too happy with the flavour text, I think there should be something like "Your Ranger caught a wild logicat! Panther Poke..." rather than just "Panther Poke...

Chrome isn't too happy with pp being an undeclared - don't know how it worked 4 years ago, maybe chrome got more strict.

Also there's a bit of corruption in options.js

Only the first note. I think 4 years ago I thought I had to PR from master.

The second one was already done in a separate PR in 2016. I remember being very embarassed when the notificaion log rewrite went live and suddenly the log only held one message by default, and quickly fixing it.

Alrighty, I think it's all merged now so let me know whether it all looks/runs okay on Master now.
