Photoelectricity no longer tries to unlock boosts that are already unlocked unless they are repeatable.
Notifs are not sent to the log if a new flag is set or they are import 0 and notifsilence is 2 (more of a temp fix)
_Auto_saves are import 0 and saves are never logged.
Notifsilence and the log length option are now closer to the other log options.

Oops, I missed this one and now it's conflicted. Probably just the log. And I'm between computers right now.
