ColPix missing #1501

Just started playing. Turned on ColPix in the options, at newpix 4 the colpix is missing. I think it referred to a 404 of a non-existent site; as a result the picture is completely blank.

Similarly but unrelated, the Hugo boost is missing boost_hugo_light_icon.png. I think something somewhere broke a lot of pictures.

ColPix are edited by xkcd forum users, and only about 150 of the 3000+ images were ever coloured. It should fallback to the original monochrome images.
