Automata Assemble performance issues #656

Game hangs for a second on every mNP, but only with automata assemble on. Very troubling for me, as now I can't do much of anything, and my automata control is only just over 1 mega.

Important to note is that according to @Code14715 the lag started when upgrading from 800k to 1m runs.

Did you have Glassed Lighning Running? I am wondering if it relates to a performance problem I am seeing?

I believe so, but I think this is just a case of my CPU being maxed out by the mass amount of runs being done. Unless you're doing fine with a significantly higher AC level?

I have an AC level of 6.6M, but it has problems when I run the Vacuum cleaner and have GL running at the same time, either is fine.

It wasn't Glassed Lightning, but I started turning off everything I could, to see if that would reduce the stress at all, and I found the culprit. It was Flipside. I have no idea how it even got turned on, or why it would have an effect like it did.

That could explain a lot, an awful lot. There are two ways to run AA, the fast route and the slow route flipside on is one of the reasons it can take the slow route.
