Bug: Get 400 goats while building void vault = bag of holding constructed #852

I had fewer than 400 goats, and was halfway through constructing void vault.

Then as soon as I got 400 goats, bag of holding was constructed, "constructing from blackprints" got locked, and then the blackprint plans for void vault became available in the shop again.

I would expect void vault to finish first, then have the plans for BoH to unlock.

Yeah blackprint construction is weird. It doesn't actually keep track of what is being constructed, rather it keeps working out what is the next thing to be constructed, so if that changes due to meeting requirements, strange stuff like this happens.
