This patch adds the Python 3 markers to the py-bcrypt project
page on PyPI.
So, services like https://caniusepython3.com/ will not mark
py-bcrypt as "not have Python 3 support".

for example.
You can also upload the PKG_INFO file to update the metadata on PyPI via
the web interface.
