Don't blink when the drop down menu it's dismissed #2

Animating the dismiss of the menu will result in a blink. A safe thing to do is to disable it.

It is fixed after this commit 0e57f5687aac177d0eb2cf01bc1f9b6f0ed3ba7a I guess it was iOS 8 related.
