Add app widget to start manual sync of an account #169

I found myself sometimes making changes on the web and wanting those changes to be immediately reflected on my phone as well. I experimented with decreasing the sync interval in the settings to every 15 minutes, but it drains the battery on my phone, so the solution for me right now is to keep the interval at 1 hour, open the app and start a manual sync whenever I want to pull the changes I just made elsewhere from the server.

Not sure if others would also find this useful, but having a widget I can add to my launcher and starts a manual sync once tapped (for the account configured with the widget) would save the time of having to launch the app, wait for it to open, tap on the account, then finally tap on the sync icon.

Would something like this be already in the EteSync roadmap?

No plans for this at the moment, but it definitely sounds like a good idea!
