Does the android app implement 2-way sync? #245

This is just a question about how sync works. I'm just trying to see if etesync does 2-way sync i.e. via websockets to listen for changes on the server and automatically update? Or does it only synchronize at certain intervals?

Please let me know if this is the wrong place to ask this.
