Support Radicale 3.1.0 #245

Radicale 3.1.0 changed the way the arguments of ArgParse are set. I updated them analogously to the Radicale config.py

Sidenote: it might be worth to either update the AUR package, or to set a version limit on the radicale dependency as < 3.1.0. Not sure which is best.
