Tasks: Add manual ordering #127

Tasks.org recently added updated their mobile app so that CalDAV clients can sync the manual ordering (and this app already can sync with EteSync).

Nextcloud Tasks can sync with this manual sorting and edit it in their CalDAV web app also.

Ohh, that's cool! Could you maybe also open a ticket with Tasks.org about adding manual sorting for EteSync? We use iCal (same as CalDAV) behind the scenes, so adding it to EteSync should be very easy.
