Clarify license AGPL-3.0-only #4

Since in the SPDX License List the AGPL-3.0 is deprecated and it was not clear to me wether it is not AGPL-3.0-or-later.

Thanks! FWIW though, this is just a display only field, the actual field that's used to determine the license is the classifier below which uses the AGPLv3 only classifier. Still worth clarifying though!
