Implement CODEC Audio Streaming Protocol Receiver

The team should implement a module responsible for receiving audio samples via digital audio interface of the CODEC.

Acceptance criteria

• Able to demonstrate that implementation is correct by inspecting the simulation results of the module.
• The implementation is thoroughly tested using a self-checking testbench that covers various different scenarios and configurations including possible boarder cases.
• All self-checking tests pass.
• The module is documented using Doxygen tool and VHDL description follows the coding style guideliness.
