Fixing for bug https://github.com/etf-validator/etf-webapp/issues/162.

We changed the href tag on the cancel button in the mobileRouter.js, to point to the correct base url.

The status of this PR is not clear to me and so I put it on WIP.

The PR currently changes 428 lines of code, but I do not see the significant changes.

If the changes are only a few lines, I can take a look at this PR again. For that you would have to push it again - without changing the formatting. For more complex changes, I would not merge this change without UI tests.

We have restored the original formatting on mobileRouter.js. The only file changed that remains is StartTestView.js
