Dear @cportele and all, first of all, happy new year!

The minutes are ok, there is only one change to make on the meeting date (it was 17/12).

In addition, I have just seen a reply on the issue in the TEAM Engine repo saying that the production instance will be updated with the fix in summer 2021.
