Decide on a regular slot for SG (and TC?) meetings.

First Tuesday of each month, i.e. 04/09/2018, 02/10/2018, 06/11/2018, and 04/12/2018, at 10:00.

@michellutz - Please close the issue once you have sent the invite for the meetings.
