He has no rights to label an EIP and move it in the project board.
Oops, I mostly contribute to repos where I am a member of the organisation, so I forgot that. I will update this later...
I did not implement this yet as it is not clear to me how externals can "ask the SG". Mentioning @etf-validator/sg does not work for externals, I think. And we have not published the email address. For discussion in the SG meeting.
@michellutz @MarcoMinghini @jonherrmann I have updated the README text based on our decision in the last meeting (SG members will monitor the issues and handle the issue tags and project board).
The contributing part is unclear to me, but I think this could be changed once we agreed on the whole DCO mechanics
I have the same comment as Jon; it seems the DCO should not actually be "sent" (but simply accepted by signing commits), so this text might need to be revised after discussion in the SG meeting.
Close PR and create a new branch to sign-off all commits.
Note: The project board has been updated as discussed in the 6th SG meeting.
