Make ladder speeds faster #11

Currently ladder climbing is pretty slow, we should make it comparable to normal walking speeds probably.

Changed in https://github.com/etfdevs/ETF/commit/dff5cff4528e2be9cf904e7bd26d5d174f148227

Now move at normal walk speed instead of 80% walk speed.
