update for SMAPI 4.0.0 #2

Hi! I rely on StardewSpeak to play and was wondering if you were planning on updating for the new modding API. If not I can see if I can do it myself, if you're open to PRs? (Also thanks for StardewSpeak, it's been wonderful.)

I have a friend who also relies on StardewSpeak to play in multiplayer with me, and would really appreciate if anyone could update this to support 1.6/SMAPI 4.0.x.

Hi there. I have a version that I can run locally. There's a lot that needs testing - I'll try to get something out in the nearish future.
