Refactor ProbAMPANMDA #11

The ProbAMPANMDA synapse mod file as taken from CoreNeuron is incorrectly formatted

the SOLVE statement is implemented as a PROCEDURE, not a DERIVATIVE block with derivative statements.
rewrite using DERIVATIVE block

I took an older version of ProbAMPANDMDA which was implemented in the "correct" style. The current ProbAMPANMDA implementation is a hack to improve performance.
