support CONDUCTANCE keyword #15

probably just parse and ignore CONDUCTANCE statements, because the compiler doesn't actually need it to perform the differentiation.

Support has been added. Currently CONDUCTANCE statements are parsed, however the information is not used when calculating the conductance contribution because it can be automatically deduced from expressions that update the current.
