Suggestion: documentation link at top of repo #13

Heyo! I wanted to suggest having the documentation url https://sarus.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ at the top of the repo, next to the description. I think a lot of users will look for it there, and I at first glance I didn't see the link to read the docs in the README (I really did miss it, lol).
