add a flag --no-bwrap to disable bubblewrap and use a tmpfs mounted under Recipe.mount instead
- if --no-bwrap is passed SANDBOX is set to ""
- in ./stack-debug.sh, bwrap-mutable-root.sh is not called (just env --ignore-environment`)

probably also stack-debug.sh should be changed accordingly?
