Update BIP39 word lists to include more languages #36

Japanese and French are supported BIP39 languages but are not available as options. We should investigate the level of effort to expand this.

The current word lists exist in staking_deposit/key_handling/key_derivation/word_lists and language options in staking_deposit/utils/constants.py
