added Meta EIPs to track protocol upgrades from Phase 0 to Pectra

What is the reason to keep copy of EIPs in the wiki?

It's just the header, the included EIPs and the activation epoch/timestamp. it contains a link to the actual Meta IMO it could be useful to have all Metas in one place with just the links to the actual EIPs. I agree that having copies of them is useless, maybe just a registry ...of Metas I mean

The list of meta eips in the the eip repo/website: https://eips.ethereum.org/meta In that case, it might be worth linking individual eips in certain parts of the content focused on upgrades, e.g. like you are working on in #78 or maybe /protocol/pm.md or /protocol/history.md
