by elaboration are you thinking new h2's, or that the doc should be regularly updated with maybe ACD meetings summaries, or?

More h2s, the pm repo is not the only thing this doc should cover. There are more nuances and formal processes that should be explain - EIPs, discussion forums, ethr&d discord,... Check the hackmd from Tim I linked, might be an inspiration
