[x] Added static images of PTC and PEPC flows instead of mermaid script rendering. The current EPF wiki template isn't rendering the mermaid script.
[x] Added resources section because EPF wiki template is not showing references at the end.
[x] Checked locally for grammar and spelling errors.
[x] Resolves the issue #173.

The mermaid rendering will work now but you can update the PR and keep the rest - resources, hosting images.
