[x] Breakdown the long ePBS page into separate pages with their own content (PTC.md, PEPC.md, PTC-Specs.md, TBHL.md)
[x] Added sidebar links for the new pages
[x] Added the Potuz's correction to the PTC.md page

[x] Local spellcheck and typos
