Fixes the rendering of the footnote anchor in tables. #285

This PR Fixes the rendering of the footnote anchor in tables and addresses the rendering of footnotes at the end of an article.

Footnotes anchors in table were broken, they were being rendered like this (note the ^25 etc):

Now we have proper footnotes anchors rendering.

Footnotes were not rendered at the end of the article as they were specified in the MD file, now that is fixed also:
