body_models/dmpls/{}/model.npz How can I get this file？，This is the only file I could find 。'body_models/smplh/{}/model.npz'

Did you follow Step 2? You need to download DMPLs compatible with SMPL from https://smpl.is.tue.mpg.de/download.php
