Include the changeset comments in the notification? #15

Just a minor suggestion to include the changeset comments in the notifications.

So it looks like the regular diff files don't include changeset comments. One solution may be to grab changeset diff files from http://planet.osm.org/replication/changesets/ at the same time and merge metadata.
