Encode the URL sent by email

When the mapper has a space in his username we receive an e-mail like this:

Username: http://www.osm.org/user/Some User Name

ie, only the first part is a link (to a broken, non-existent or different profile)

Since the message is plain text, a solution would be encoding the username, giving us something like:

Username: http://www.osm.org/user/Some%20User%20Name
