Tried to look for it in the market place. I can find it in https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ethan-ou.vscode-gift-pack&ssr=false#overview, however when I open code oss on linux, I cannot find it among the available extensions, nor the command ext install ethan-ou.vscode-gift-pack installs the extension... Any hint?

I can't help you with the marketplace, as I'm using VS Codium, but I tried to install the extension pack manualy using vsix file and nothing worked. I then installed each extension separately, using downloaded vsix files, and it works!
