Installation broken on Ubuntu 17.10 #43

requirements.sh breaks ability for Mycroft install by voice command. specifically "pkcon install pianobar -y" fails due to pianobar not being installed by pkcon, whereas it can be installed by via apt-get

Forgive my ignorance, I realize this is more for the Mark1 device where pianobar would be captured by pkcon. I manually installed pianobar, then forked a git copy and commented out the pianobar install lines within requirements.sh to allow the skill to install properly. Working on Ubuntu 17.10 and really enjoy this project, hope to have constructive feedback and ideas as I use it. Thanks!
