Changed dropdowns to sliders for price and rating #66

Price and rating drop downs are now sliders with marked values that user can choose. Default price $ and default rating 5*. Listing out 4 and 5 stars bled together so I opted for number and star set up.

looks good. Can you incorporate '0.5' stars functionality? Because I guess that's why we decided to go with sliders

I was under the impression we weren't allowing the user to request half stars in the filter, just showing half stars for restaurants in the results
