Plugin System #39

Please discuss plugins here. I am not going to focus on this, so if you want @Toyz and @PFCKrutonium , you two can figure out a system you like.

There is a thing in photos on a mac where you can click a video file, and it plays it small. Maybe this and an audio player with a simular thing?
