Low TPS & Server Freezing - PM3 #28

Esoteric, is impacting perfomance making it unusable (no, its not world lag). Esoteric behaviour For first, TPS are always lower: image Even plugin tasks are blocked (commands still work). The window title statics are never shown. image Stoping server is impossible (keeps on Stopping): image Even the server is unjoinable (keeps infinite time on "Connecting...")

Without esoteric Works perfectly, no lag Plugin tasks are going as normal image Window statics are there image

Ik this is abandaned but i need to report this 'cuz idk

The server freezing for no reason is actually a known issue - with no known fix. I've attempted implementing fixes for this issue before but to no avail.

I have a suspicion it's something to do with my custom network interface, but I have nothing to prove it.

This bug happens sometimes all the time, rarely, or never on different machines - which is why I'm still so confused by it

As for the TPS - I have no idea what's going on with that

If I restart my computer, it backs to normal, even, some restarts (of the server) and then starts to doing this
