Moving towards flowing water detects SpeedB #86

When I walk, sprint or swim towards flowing water it detects SpeedB.

Well not really "steps" more like a video

Ok, also when using depth strider and swimming up and down detects SpeedA

I forgot about this issue, however this should've been fixed in a previous commit
