Task Title

Task: Configure the animation route

Task Description

This Task will...

Retrieve the request data in the animation route
Make the request, & retrieve the response data
Instantiate a "client router" and "server router" to use for routing
Generate a route for each packet to take from client to the server
Generate a route for each packet to take from server to the client
Send that information back to the browser to animate using GeoJSON
