Change the upload graph format to match the default graph format for the parameter #36

With the new graph format selection the graphs that summarize data in the Data section are specific to the parameter. However, the graphs that summarize new data being uploaded through the Data -> Upload section are still just line graphs; they should check the default graph type for the parameter, and display the correct graph.

Now that graphs are selected by method instead of parameter, this should also reference method.
