Support Main Clone fanfiction #274

Main Clone has been updated to support new skins and hairstyles. EndlessClient currently makes a lot of assumptions about the GFX since they had been unchanged for almost 20 years. These assumptions should be updated to depend on the size of the input graphic rather than hard-coded sizes.

Any UI changes from 0.1.29, 0.2.29, 0.3.29, etc. clients should stay unchanged until an official release is made (whatever that means).

Main clone is dead.

EndlessClient will likely not be made compatible with new versions of EO.
