Sitting characters don't appear properly when coming into view #292

This happens when a player coming into view is sitting - equipment offsets don't take the sit state into account. Refreshing the view fixes it.

This isn't reproducible. It was probably referring to display bugs when a sitting player uses an emote (e.g. afk emote)
