Added EditorConfig file. #12

This patch adds a simple .editorconfig file to state expected file formatting parameters and improve the rendering of files when viewed on GitHub.

Nice, this is great. I especially like insert_final_newline (didn't know about that one) - I try to add these when I think of it but I've accidentally deleted them a bunch of times.
