3rd paragrah of "1.2. The cautionary tale of Simpson’s paradox": "applicants. shows the admission figures" > "applicants. [Fig. 1.1] shows the admission figures" here. Dunno if you want this set up with some sort of reference to the figure number so that it updates automatically - it seems you mainly say "figure below" in some of the other references to your figures.

Thanks, fixed. And yeah, I do plan on going back and changing all the "figure belows" to actual links—I hadn't figured out how to link figures yet when I wrote that!
