Random unlocking of Yale real Living Deadbolt #85

I have experience 4 different occurrences over the last 2 weeks where I receive a SMS saying the lock has been manually opened. I contacted SmartThings support and they say that the hub did not send any commands during these instances. They also say the custom DH may be what is causing it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have had the same issue. Seems to be tied to the the checkInterval of 1 hour. My one lock will unlock after 1 hour.

Same issue here - My lock will unlock after 1 hour. However, when I check the lock, it is actually still locked. Locking from the app (from "unlock" to "lock' keeps the lock locked) Hoping for a solution!

Found the problem to be that my lock was not completely extending in the cavity. Make sure you have zero obstructions. One way to check is to lock it while door is open and will have guaranteed no obstructions. You will see that it probably works flawlessly ... like mine did.
