'Z-Wave Lock Reporting' not showing up in 'Type' drop-down #52

I'm having the same issue as myyk in Issue #48 (https://github.com/ethayer/user-lock-manager/issues/48), but deleting and recreating the steps numerous times is not making "Z-Wave Lock Reporting' show up in the list. Any ideas?

Same issue here. Deleted and re-added multiple times and device handler does not show in Type drop down.
