There is a large chance that I will be unable to make the meeting tomorrow. I can give an update here, if desired.

poojaranjan commented 3 years ago

@wschwab An update here would be nice to have. Thanks!

wschwab commented 3 years ago

I should be able to make it, but I'll be late

poojaranjan commented 3 years ago

@wschwab very well!

I won't be able to make the meeting.

ECH Engineering

(action item) follow up with August engineering issue

You can see the remaining items on the engineering docket here https://github.com/ethereum-cat-herders/PM/issues/211#issue-935022362

Since the last meeting I fixed two bugs and (more time consuming) implemented the necessary infrastructure and wrote tests. In general the bot will be easier to maintain moving forward.

It would be good to prioritize these as a response to that ticket. Currently my priority is the stale bot, then bot bugs. I will finish these before next meeting.

This is just what I think is most important but cc @MicahZoltu or @poojaranjan for input here.

Continued ECH Engineering Funding

There's also the question of continued funding for the engineering work post August. Hopefully the issues so far have tracked the work completed in the past two months is sufficient.

Would it be helpful for me to collect the work done and then propose future work as well @poojaranjan? Maybe they would fund another 3 months in this case?

What are the next steps in proposing / acquiring funding?

JSON RPC Worker

JSON RPC is entering its second (of three) phase. Just in case, it would be good to hear from anyone that may be interested in being involved. This is somewhat tentative so I'm mainly just testing the waters.
